Possession will be given after 1 month of settlement of all accounts.

Any central or state government or local authority taxes if applicable shall have to be bourne by the client Continuos default payment leads to cancellation with prior notice
Architect/Developer shall have the right to change or raise the scheme or any details herein and any charge and revision will be binding to all.. Refund in case of cancellation will be made within 30 days of the date of booking of new client, only after deduction of Rs. 25,000 against administrative charges from the booking amount.
